The Nuragic Civilisation, that used to live on the island of Sardinia from ± 4000 years before present, is known for their veneration of the moon and the waters. There are currently 75 documented sacred sites dedicated to the waters, next to the 7000 Nuraghe you can find on the island.
The Moon & Water Temples used to be places of pelgrimage, healing and cleansing and many still hold the original powerful energy that was installed with a very specific purpose. The Temples are calling us to visit them, so they can give you the healing experience you need right now in your soul’s journey.
Intent of this Expedition
Join this expedition for a unique and sacred experience with the Power of Water. The Moon & Water Temples are ready to receive you and help you connect deeper to the unknown parts of yourself, to help you heal and harmonise parts of who you are and perhaps you will have the opportunity to learn who you really are on the level of spirit.
The week will be for you, to spend time with yourself and the waters. A week to explore the magical Moon & Water Temples and the powers that live there. A week dedicated to your own development, your growth as a person, as a soul living on earth that is in a journey of remembering the truth of themselves and the true essence and powers that reside in you.

You will experience healing in the reconnection with your body. The water will connect you to something that was lost to you on soul level, something that was pushed down deep into the ocean. Something, that is wanting to come back to you and become whole again.

You will step into an ancient civilisation where working with energy and magic was normal. A civilisation connected to the stars, to the moon and the waters. A civilisation in which people weren’t considered to be separate from nature, spirit or the divine. You will feel that sacredness in your own body.

There are many gifts waiting for you that will expand your consciousness. Extraordinary experiences that will help you develop your senses, give meaning to life and provide wisdom as to why you are here on earth.

Visiting temples can bring back beautiful memories. Some people remember having lived in a certain era, having been present in a place. It can explain certain patterns or desires you have been feeling in your life, where logic doesn’t have an answer, often the soul does.
Itinerary

You will arrive in the afternoon where a shuttle bus will be waiting for you to take you from the airport to the hotel Fontana Noa.
After a day of travelling you will have a gentle arrival at the hotel, with a check-in to your room, a lovely local dinner and a welcoming ceremony with the expedition group.

Each day will have a unique programme in which you will have the opportunity to
visit several moon & water temples, each with their own specific energy
visit the beautiful coast of sardinia for a water ceremony in contact with the sea
have time to journal, relax or stay in the swimming pool.
join healing ceremonies and moments of embodied exercises to support your healing experience.

After another nourishing breakfast we gather for the closing ceremony, revisiting the newmade memories and prepare you for your integration.
After an abundant lunch there will be a shuttle bus waiting for you to bring you back to the airport of Cagliari.
Water & Moon Temple Expedition | 27 April - 2 May 2027
LOCATION
Our main space where we will stay is the Hotel Fontana Noa in Villanovaforru, Sardinia. It is situated in a medieval village and the hotel has over 30 rooms in a typical Sardinian style. The residence has a lovely hospitality, a swimming pool to relax and connect even more to the water, and surrounding the village there are the famous hills of the Marmilla provence.
There are two kinds of rooms available:
an apartment
a double bedroom
You will share a room with a fellow participant. All rooms have separate beds, a private bathroom and there is a full board service covering breakfast, lunch (pack) and dinner during your stay.
The location also provides us with a common room where we can gather for sharing circles or ceremony.

Not included are any private acquisitions or personal extras, consumptions in between meals and the travel to/from Cagliari Airport, Sardinia, Italy.

Cancellation policy:
After registration and payment you have 2 weeks to change your mind and a cancellation within that period will be fully refundable. After two weeks we will charge a €100 cancellation fee.
Cancellation within four months prior to the expedition will only give a 50% refund as bookings and reservations for accommodations and visits have been made.
Cancellations in the last two months prior to the expedition will not be refundable.
